The cross-discipline team worked closely with Target to understand the unique business and customer needs, pinning down where there would be real impact across the organization. After 18 months of learning - thinking - pushing - testing - presenting & representing, the resulting capabilities became achievable milestones on their digital roadmap. Initially, we crafted future vision concepts to demonstrate how these capabilities & principles would come to life in meaningful ways for Guests... but the concepts quickly became the face of the entire effort.
Target built and launched AwesomeShop in record time
Target has consistently asked for our approach & POV on how they might reach the objective du jour. We'll develop the rationale, frameworks and experience visions with a keen awareness of how they will further differentiate Target while being organizationally feasible.
